Enumerate/Enable/Disable Devices

The Microsoft tool devcon.exe
(http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...240/devcon.exe)
lets me enumerate, enable or disable a large number of hardware devices. How
could I perform some or all of these functions using WMI?
