Can a virtual PC be slowed down?

Hello,

I've installed a virtual Windows 95 on Virtual PC 2004 to run an old
application. The old app is not behaving the way it used to on an old PC, and I
believe it could be because the PC it's on now is too fast (it's a golf game
that uses a combination of mouse clicking and delays to play a shot, but it's
happening way too fast now; it's impossible to hit the ball). Can I make it run
as though it was on an old, slow PC?
