Hello everyone,
I am hoping some of you can help me with creating a network boot disk for
Virtual PC. So far, I haven't found a utility which has been able to help
me. Although I thought I was in luck with Bart's, my problem is compounded
by having a faulty floppy drive. So, what I need is the ability to create a
virtual floppy from the boot-disc source files.
I am running virtual PC with build version 6.0.156.0.
The NIC on the machines is reporting as an Intel 21140-Based PCI Fast
Ethernet Adapter Generic.
I have struggled for a couple of days to find a solution for this, and it
would be appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction. I am
basically trying to run through some unattended installations using
networked virtuals. All I need to do is create a floppy image, and boot from
it, when allows me to see the network share where the source files live.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Leigh
