| | Graphic card Hello all I am running Win ME in VirtualPC 2007 on my XP Pro box to try and run System Shock 2, which will not even install on XP and uses DirectX 6. When I try to run SS2 I get a message saying that my video card is not compatible with SS2. My card is an Nvidia GeForce 7600 GS, naturally with no drivers before Windows 20000, but ME picks it up as S3 Trio 32/64 PCI. Is there any way that I could fool ME in VirtualPC that my graphic card is a compatible one, eg. 3DFx Voodoo, Voodoo Rush, Voodoo2, Banshee nVidia Riva 128, Riva ZX, Riva TNT Matrox G200 Intel/Real 3D i740 S3 Savage 3D ATI Rage Pro ATI Rage 128 TIA ** Posted from http://www.teranews.com ** |
