Few questions

Hello all
I have Win 95 installed into a VirtualPC vm and am running an old dos
game called Blood.
I have received a message stating that the Virtual Machine Additions
are not installed. When I attach the Virtual Machine Additions iso and
select setup.exe from the Windows 95 folder I receive a dialog
stating:

Error Starting Program
The SETUP.EXE file is linked to missing export
KERNEL32.DLL:IsDebuggerPresent.

Followed by another stating
D:\Windows\setup.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

Can anyone advise ?

Windows 95 is no longer a supported guest VM, so the VM Additions in
VPC 2007 won't install. You need to get the Additions from VPC2004
for Win95.
You can get them from my website.
