| | This weekend I did work in the yard My old shovel broke. I head that Brentworth made a good shovel. I went to Home Depot to get a new Brentworth shovel. At checkout, after I paid for the shovel, i was presented with a EULA for the shovel. If I agreed with the shovel EULA, and paid for the shovel, and registered the shovel,i could take it home and use it. If I disagreed with the EULA, I had to leave the shovel there and go to returns to get my money back. I found out that I do not own the shovel. I am only leasing it. If the handle breaks and I replace it, I have to go back to Home Depot and re register the shovel that I bought as a new shovel. |
