| | Hosting Website From Vista Looked everywhere for information on how using vista and VPC running server 2003 how I can server content from the virtual pc using something like http://www.no-ip.com to make it available. Does such a guide / blog post exist? |

How have you configured the networking in the guest OS? The main problem is that, if your Vista machine gets its IP config from your ISP, you may not be able to get an additional public IP for the vm. If the guest machine gets a dynamic public IP from a public DHCP server (such as your ISP) you should be able to use no-ip or dyndns http://www.dyndns.com/ |
