Vista - Transferring Files Between VM and Host computer

When I am at work I was able to transfer files between the host and VM
machine via a network share. i am now on the road with no Internet
access or router and the two machines do not see each other. I was
able to transfer from the host to the VM by creating a disk ISO and
attaching it to the VM machine. However, I cannot transfer data back.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried using Drag and Drop fromthe host to the guest or the
Shared Folders feature?

Also, you could set up the MS Loopback adapter and use that for
host-guest communication, check the VPC help for more info.
