Recovering documents from a virtual machine

Hi,

So, I was using VPC to test an installation of Exchange (on Small Business
Server). I set up the POP connector to use my company's catch-all
"contact-us" address. Everything worked fine, I'll be moving over to SBS and
Exchange next month.

Except, I forgot that the POP connector doesn't leave a copy of the mail on
the ISP's server (we set Outlook to do this in our current configuration).
And yes, you can see this coming, I didn't save state or changes when I shut
the Virtual Machine down.

Is there any way I can recover these mails from the virtual hard disk?

Thanks

Karl

No. They aren't in the virtual hard disk, because you chose to discard
all changes.
