Re: Virus Scanner and Guest OS

I'll take a guess that Charles is seeing the same thing that I am --- as I
load up the Virtual Machine, I start getting Symantec Tamper Errors telling
me that the file virtualpc.exe is trying to access certain files (cpApp., I
believe was one of them), and that the Tamper Agent has blocked them. The
only way to prevent these errors (and we are talking about 30 of them per
reboot) seems to be to disable the tamper protection. My version of the
Antivirus doesn't have an exclude list that I can find for the Tamper
Protection, so there really is no other option but to disable the Tamper
Protection or ignore the warning. Neither situation is ideal.

Any suggestions?
