Trying to create a vhd of Vista64Ult on a computer running Vista64

I am running a q6600 cpu with Vista64ULT running. I am attempting to create
a vhd of vista64 so that I can test applications before I install them into
my main os.

VPC-sp1 loads the vista disk and then I get this error :

Windows failed to start....recent hardward change might.....etc...etc...

File: \windows\system32\boot\winload.exe
status: 0xc000035a
info: Attempting to laod a 64-bit application, however this cpu is not
compatible with 64-bit mode.

Of course I am using a 64 bit cpu and os....so is there something I need to
set to correct this so that vista64 will install on the vhd.

Thanks

Virtual PC doesn't support 64-bit guests.

I don't see Vista 64 listed anywhere on that page.

Top posting re applied.

That's a good reason why I didn't see it then.
