Hello

I'm a Virtual PC and networking rookie.

I'm using VP2007 and running XP on both the host and guest.



I want to use the guest as a server, but I'm unable to access the guest form
the host. I can ping the host from the guest, but not the other way around.
There shouldn't be any firewall preventing the ping or access. Any ideas? Is
it at all possible to access the guest from the host?

What networking settings are you using...?

Are you saying you turned off the XP firewall? Have you enabled File
and Print Sharing?
