| | How to create a virtual lan Hey guys, I am using virtual PC 2007 on a Windows XP machine. The XP machine has one network adapter. Let's assume the host IP is 192.168.1.1 I want to create two virtual pc's running windows server 2008. I will set the first server IP to 10.10.1.1 and the second server IP to 10.10.1.2 I want the two servers to be able to see each other on their subnet. How do I do this? Thanks, Larry |

Then after starting up each guest inside the guest itself set the network card TCP/IP properties to a fixed address (use the ones above for instance). Now the two guests will be able to communicate with each other but not to the host or to the physical network or the Internet. -- Bo Berglund (Sweden) |
