Upgrading to a new mb

If and when I upgrade my motherboard will Vista home have to be reactivated or reinstalled?

Are you talking about changing the mb on the *host* and how it affects
the Vista guests?
If so, no, it won't because the guests do not see the host hardware at
all, they see only the emulated hardware presented by VPC2007.

I am just saying that the *guests* will be fine, but what will happen
to your host is an entirely different matter and has *nothing*
whatever to do with Virtual PC.
You'd better off asking on a vista newsgroup.
