Hide Window?

Is is possible to start a virtual OS hidden? The reason I ask is I would like
to run IPCop, but I don't want to have is as an extra window. I just want it
to run the the background. Is there and command that exists to do this? At
the moment I'm using Windows Hidie to accomplish what I want.

Use VirtualServer 2005 then. It runs as a service and will start up
the guest when the host PC starts.
