Since it would anyway be very slow I gave up and I *never* use the physical drive anymore. I always make an ISO from any disk I need to access from the VM and then I capture the ISO file into the emulated optical drive in the VM. | | RE: Virtual PC 2007 will not boot from my CD drive Thanks for the the tip. I was not able to access CDs or DVDs until I ran VPC 2007 as administrator. Now I'm good to go.
