| | Hosting own web & Security of host machine I have Virtual PC 2004, Windows XP professional. I used my desktop for all my work. I want to host a new website myself. My concern about doing this from this - my own work machine - is being vulnerable from having a Virtual machine on the net. Is there any additional risks to my physical machine by hosting on a VM on my host machine? We have a cable connection with a wired 4 port router that we use on 3 physical machines. Trixie |
