Hyper-V Integration Services

Why am I receiving the following error message?

"A previous installation of Hyper-V
integration services has been detected. Click OK to upgrade or repair
this installation."

I have just installed Windows 2008 Standard Edition (RTM). The Synthetic
Network card is obviously disabled until I install "Integration Services".

So, I goto the "Action" menu and install "Integration Services" and receive
the error message (above).

Why?

I have NO windows updates installed (including KB950050). I actually have
Automatic Updates disabled. Anyways, I should be able to install the
"Integration Services" and not receive this error message.

I HAVE NO "INTEGRATED SERVICES" installed on this fresh install of my
Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition (RTM), SO WHY AM I RECEIVING THE ERROR
MESSAGE?

Thanks, Niatross
