| | Virtual PC Application for VPN? I admittedly haven't played with Virtual PC but I'm looking for some opinions if it will solve my problem before I commit time to download start playing with it. I've have 2 - possibly 3 - customers that I need to remotely access thru VPN. I'm using 2 separate laptops for the existing customers but would like to combine both onto one computer. Of course, each customer uses a different VPN software and my experience to date is I can't load two different brands of VPN software under one OS. Instead of doing multiple bootable partitions on a hard drive is it possible/easier to use Virtual PC to setup another 2 XP virtual OS's and install each brand of VPN software on each? I appreciate your time and opinions in helping me out. |

Obviously, you will need separate licences for each installation of XP as well as plenty of RAM on the host PC... -- Mark Rae ASP.NET MVP http://www.markrae.net |

| | Re: Virtual PC Application for VPN? Thanks for your answer Mark - One more question - will I need separate licenced copies for each virtual version of XP I install? If it's on the same CPU - shouldn't I be able to use the same XP disk for each new virtual OS or doesn't that work?
