Vista - VPC 2007 single-threaded?

I found this in a whitepaper from MS comparing VPC with Virtual Server
saying that VPC is single-threaded and all VMs running on same
processor, However it is old and was for VPC 2004 so things might have
changed:

"Virtual Server 2005 is a multithreaded application that runs as a
system service, with each virtual machine running in its own thread of
execution. In contrast, Virtual PC is a single-threaded application in
which all simultaneously running virtual machines run on the same
processor."

That's still the case for VPC 2007 SP1.
