Not if you want to remain within the Apple EULA and, even if you don't, not
without hacking.

There are articles on Google explaining how to attempt this...

Assuming you don't care about the Apple EULA and actually manage to get Mac
OS X installed, the performance is virtually unusable...

Yes, it can be done. Depending on your specific hardware it is either
simple, mildy complex or impossible. The issue is that real Macs use such
a limited set of hardware, that drivers just do not exist for everything the
way they do for Windows. Only a few chipsets, sound, USB, video cards and
network cards are supported. If you don't have the supported hardware then
don't even bother with it.

Go here and do lots of reading:

http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

particularly the hardware compatibility lists. Then read the forums.
There is a metric assload of info there, so don't expect to take it all in
with just one reading.

I have personally installed it on several machines with varying levels of
success. It is currently still on 2 of my PCs - a ThinkPad T41 laptop and
this Core 2 Quad desktop. I was using it pretty regularly until I got
Vista, but I haven't booted either of these machines into OS X in months.

The T41 works fine - even the wireless network. The Core 2 Quad machine
only uses 1 CPU (the other 3 can be enabled after some serious hacking that
I just didn't feel like doing), and the onboard network did not work so I
had to install a supported PCI card. But it runs quite fast for only using
1 CPU.
