Asked but was deleted....... Network issues with windows XP Gues

I just asked this but the answer asked for clarification and the bored
proceeded to delete my post after i clarified...

The network with a Windows XP guest while running Virtual PC 2007 Sp1 shows
a "failed to start device" error in the device manager within the guest OS.
If I set the network to NAT then it will work and I can change it after boot
to just use my hosts NIC however it requires this after every boot. I cannot
have it needing this kind of special attention cause it is a PITA to have to
reset all the IP information.

Anyone else having this issue?

Do not use the forum, use the news server instead. Many MVP:s do not
read the forums at all....

Cold_Realms:

You are not using the (MSDN) forums: you are using the web interface to the
Microsoft newsgroups. You would be much better off using a newsreader (Outlook
Express, Thunderbird, Forte Agent ...) to access the newsgroups.

As Bo says, the newsgroup information for this group is:

Server: news.microsoft.com
Group: microsoft.public.virtualpc
