Using USB device on Virtual Machine

Hi peeps,
I have a little problem, thats proberly easily fixed?
I have VPC instal and running, with a Virtual Machine running XP on it.
When I plug in my USB memory stick Vista picks it up but nothing shows up in
the Virtual Machine.
How can I use the device in my XP Virtual Machine?
Thanks in advance for any help.
