| | Shared Networking Problem [Mac] I'm using Virtual PC 7 for the Mac. (PPC dual G5). I am running VPC 7 with Windows XP Professional vs. 2002 Service Pack 2. Under the VPC 7 software "PC Settings" for "Networking" I have the following configured: ˆ Enable networking ˆ Shared Networking I have a Linksys Wireless router which is set for DHCP. Windows is set up for DHCP as well. I even went as far as entering Windows Ethernet address in security on the router. My Windows network has successfully been able to share the Mac's internet connection with no problems before. Even under Mac OS X Leopard. Nothing has changed in Windows during successful internet connection or prior to my problems. Since Microsoft dumped us- I am hoping current users will be able to help me. Since at the current time there are no great emulation packages for non-intel Macs. Thanks for your help. Greg |
