VPC Rollback

Is there a way to take a snapsot of a base VPC machine, and then after adding
and testing software, rollback or revert to the original snapshot? I used to
be able to do this with an old version of VMware. I'm testing out VPC 2007
to see if I have the same functionality.

1) Take a back up of the virtual hard disk(s) and restore if required

2) Use undo disks and don't save changes
