Vista - How to Install Win 7 x64?

Well, since there is actually no point to download VPC x64 as it won't install x64 OS, are there any ways to do that?

VMWare is not a solution, it somehow won't start at all (menus grayed out)

The 64-bit version of VPC is to run on 64-bit hosts -- if that's what
you have, that's what you need.

For running 64-bit guests you need another virtualization program.
