Newbie config question

I'd like to store & run my virtual PC images on another HD, since my C drive
has limited space.

1) Can I store & run images on a separate HD (attached via USB)?

2) Can I modify the Virtual PC configuration to (by default) look at this
other volume?

Thanks,
