| | User switch doesn’t work on Windows Vista Hi all, I’m running Virtual PC 2007 SP1 on Vista SP1 as host operating system and Windows XP Professional SP3 as guest operating system. When I try to use keyboard shortcut to switch a user within my virtual machine always the host operating system (Vista) logs me off. What can I do to force Vista to handover the key press of <Windows key>+L combination to my virtual operating system? Here a list of things I already tried: • Virtual PC 2007 (without SP1) • Virtual PC 2007 SP1 without Virtual PC add-ons • Virtual PC 2007 SP1 including Virtual PC add-ons • Virtual PC 2007 SP1 without Virtual PC add-ons plus installed Rollup package hotfix • Virtual PC 2007 SP1 including Virtual PC add-ons plus installed Rollup package hotfix In every of the above cases using <Windows key>+L shortcut failed. Other shortcuts like <Windows key>+R or <Windows key>+D working as expected! Is there anybody who can help me? Thanks a lot and best regards Axel |
