| | Minimize full-screen guest I run the VPC guest full-screen on the secondary monitor. If I minimize it by clicking its tray icon it doesn't stay minimized for long. After a little desktop activity, the guest window reappears, rather grotesque looking and with its tray icon missing. A single click in the guest brings the display back to normal. This is in sharp contrast to minimized full-screen RDP sessions; they stay miniumized. I wrote a simple app to toggle the guest window between hidden and restored. When it's hidden, it's truly hidden, not a trace of it and no tray icon ... and it stays hidden. I'll post code or otherwise make it available if anyone's interested. Hide/Show would be a handy feature for the VPC console's tray icon. -- - Vince |
