i followed your instructions and my internet connection is now working in my VM

thanks to your post i was able to make it work

thanks to people like you, may God bless you

btw my setup is

- windows vista - host with loopback adapter (adapter is using 192.168.0.1)

- windows 2003 - os in virtual pc with loop adapter
vm is using loopback adapter as network connection
(using 192.168.0.2 and gateway set to 192.168.0.1)

- usb modem for internet - setup as shared thru the loopback adapter
