Are you saying your laptop doesn't support virtualization or are you saying
that it does and you can't enable it?

What known compatibility issue?

Have you installed the correct (32 bit or 64 bit) version of VPC 2007?

But will it in fact install? I have not done it myself (so I do not know if this
warning is "normal"), but I have heard that VPC2007 will install on Windows 7.

Re: running Virtual PC on Windows 7 with no hardware virtualizatio

yes it will install normally but it will not run, even i tried to change the
compatability of the exe and run it as Vista but it didn't work.

Sony removes the option to enable virtualiation support. You cannot
enable it without hacking the BIOS.

Re: running Virtual PC on Windows 7 with no hardware virtualization

I guess that's one way to get out of providing support for it, and another
reason in the already long list that I'll never buy a Sony
