vpc restarts the host server

While starting any VPC VHD through MS VPC 2007 SP1, it reboots the host server.

The host server configurations are OS: XP SP3, CPU: Intel Dual Core, RAM: 2GB
Could you please suggest me to solve this issue.

First thing to try is BIOS and drivers updates. Get the latest BIOS
from your system manufacturer. Next, try NIC and sound drivers from
their respective manufacturer web sites.
