How to launch old MicroFocus on DOS 6.2 ?

Clearly I'm not a COBOL programmer but I have an old version of MF
COBOL running under DOS 6.2.

I may have to attempt to edit and recompile a part of the application.

1 - Wonder if MF had a complete development environment... editor,
debugger, compiler in the DOS days?
2 - If so how would I launch it?
3 - If not, and I have the source code myfile.cbl loaded into
NotePad... do my edit & save the source file... How would I compile
it?
4 - I would guess enter...
CompilerName SourceFile
at the DOS command line... maybe with some switches or
something ??
5 - I'm not sure what the file name of the MF Compiler would be... any
idea's?
6 - Will it produce byte code and run time files or what?
7 - Just to get me started... what would be the code for HELLO WORLD
in COBOL?

Thanks for any help.
