Virtual PC Guest OS

For performance what guest OS would be the best. Windows 2008 SP2 or Windows
2003 R2. I have tried both and Windows 2008 seems to be a bit more sluggish.
Any ideas

Win2003 is a bit smaller resource wise, but you have to balance that
against having the latest for application support later on. It all
depends on what you want to do with the VM and for how long.

In addition to Bob's reply, FYI neither of the above OS is an officially
supported guest on VPC, though of course both do work...
