It only happens after the installation of the vpc additions. Some time back I read that it might have had something to do with the selection of the OS during the install. Since w7 was not a choice, it was suggested to use the Vista option, which I tried with no success. ' I would also be interested in a solution, if one exists. Cheers. |

| | Re: w7 - guest additions Perhaps it hasn't happened to anyone else. It certainly doesn't happen for me. Performance is not great, but it works when you get the additions installed. | | Re: w7 - guest additions I haven't run into it in a VM, but a BSOD in that particular module usually means disk corruption. -- Bob Comer On Sat, 15 Aug 2009 16:24:16 -0400, "Kevin Provance" <Bill.McCarthy.Is.Stalking.TPASoft.com...@xxxxxx> wrote: Quote: >No one knows, apparently. ![]() > >-- >2025 >If you do not believe in time travel, >your beliefs are about to be tempered. > >http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=43606237254 >"David L." <DavidL@xxxxxx> wrote in message >news:3F30AACC-7189-4962-954D-728A9EBD0051@xxxxxx >|I have install teh new W7 RTM on VPC'07SP1 >| >| After installing guest additions (sucessfully) and rebooting i get a blue >| screen because of Fs_Rec.sys and W& then recovers to pre-install. >| >| w/o the guest additions the mouse is unusable. >| >| Idead? >| >| Thanks > |
