Vista - Running Vista Virtual PC on Win 7

I see that the Windows 7 Virtual PC is only freely available on Windows 7
Ultimate.

Will the Virtual PC that I have downloaded for Vista run correctly on
Windows 7 Home Premium?

Yes, it'll run. I don't think it's a supported scenario, but it should
work fine.
