Solaris on VS2005?

Has anyone successfully gotten Solaris 9 or 10 to install and run on
VS? I get the Solaris Copyright (3 or 4 lines) it pauses for a couple
of minutes then restarts the VM. I have tried to install off a CD and
a iso attached to the VM , no luck. I saw some info from a google
search that suggested the video mode is one issue, so I changed the
boot param to a 'safer' vgas mode and it paused a little longer,
expanded the VM windows to a larger one but still restarted without
getting into the text mode install portion.... maybe its just too soon
to expect this support? Any info is much appreciated. thanks!
