Facing critical problem with Microsoft Virtual Server 2005-R2 SP1

Hello,
This is Rishi Sharma here from INDIA. I need your help critically to resolve
the issue at earliest.

I'm using Vista Ultimate x86 as a host machine & using Internet on
it. So, I want VM's to access host resources including Internet through ICS.
Right now, I'm using one physical adapter to allow vm's to connect with guest
as well as host & access host resources & Internet in Guest Machine
Environment but whenever I restart my machine the Private Network
automatically converts into Public network under Network and Sharing Center.
This is you know quite typical me to each & every time change the setting to
Private.

Actually, I've shared my ADSL connection with existing physical LAN
Card and as you know it allocated IP - 192.168.0.1 to the adapter. And, this
type of address should easily be identified by Network and Sharing Center as
a Private Network. But, I'm not getting the exact which is behind the scene.

So, Let me know pl that how can I keep the setting remain unchanged
to Private Network which is you can say my bridged host network in "Network
and Sharing Center".

Thanks & Sincerely Yours,

I have also had this problem with Server 2008, but I do not know how to
prevent it from happening. It is not really a virtualization problem because
it is not caused by anything in virtual server (or Hyper-V where the same
thing happens). It seems to be a problem with the networking software.

There was a similar post yesterday in this newsgroup from Chris. Looks
like the same problem to me.
