    Use event viewer which is listed on the VS 2005 R2 Administration Website.
    Just Go through this and Check for the event which was previously wrong with
    the VM's.

    What I was Looking for was "objVM.ShutdownActionOnQuit".
    I found the answer in the book "Professional Microsoft® Virtual Server
    2005" by Ben Armstrong. ISBN: 978-0-470-10917-5
