Vista - Hyper-V - BSOD for 32bit Guest

Hello,

I have two boxes with Windows servers 2008 EE x64, installed from one CD.

First box have Intel Core2Duo 6300 and another Phenom 9850 Quad core cpus.

With Intel CPU box there is no problem, with AMD box, when guest runs on x64
no problem, but i can't install 32bit guest. I get BSOD in guest VM when
installing from CD.

When i try to install guest OS over PXE (WDS), it does not give possibility
to deploy x86 architecture image. With Intel box, no issues at all.

By the way Hyper-V RTM on both servers.

Bug in Phenom processor?

I have both 32 bit and 64 bit OSes on Hyper-V RTM on Intel and AMD. I have
not had the reoccuring BSOD, but on 2 occations I have seen a BSOD on
starting a guest. It then reboots quickly and then starts fine. This
doesn't happen everytime, but sometimes. What hardware maker are you
running on.? Things to consider are BIOS updates and all driver updates for
the host. There are still alot of updates on W2K8 drivers going on out
there.
