Vista - Convert VMWare virtual disk to Virtual Server disk (VHD)

I have been looking for something I can use to convert a VMWare virtual disk
to a Virtual Server virtual disk. I've tried the VHDK2VHD program and the
WINIMAGE program and both of them won't open the VMWare virt disk I am
trying to convert. I shutdown the VM, then used WINSCP to copy to the file
to the Virtual Server but both programs compalin that it is not a valid
virtual hard disk file.

Has anyone done this successfully and if so, what did you use?
