I have also seen this. Usually corresponds to a failed refresh job of a
host. I am not sure of a fix, but I seem to get this much more when I am
connected over a slower link i.e. VPN from home over DSL vs. being in the
office. You can force a refresh, but that sometimes will fail. I have seen
when the WinRS service has failed but mostly is seems like a timeout
situation. Not sure if the timeout is on the client with the console or on
the host itself.
