Remote ILO can work on virtualised guest ?

Using HP hardware.

Does the above technology ILO (I know it works on host) works on virtualised
guest ?

No, the physical hardware isn't passed to the VM like that.

As Robert says, the physical hardware isn't passed. However, with iLO, you
can enable RDP to the host, and that will give you a full management session
on the host. Should allow you to do what you need to do.
