P2V VMM Error 3154

Greetings,
I am getting the following error when I try to do a P2V in Virtual
Machine Manager. Source Machine is W2K3 R2. Host is W2K8 with Hyper-
V.
When I hit the "gather system info" button, I get....

An internal error has occurred trying to contact an agent on the
source.domain. server.

Ensure the agent is installed and running. Ensure the WMI service is
installed and running, then restart the agent.

ID: 3154
Details: Access is denied (0x80070005)

I admin rights to both servers and I have given the host server
account admin rights to the source. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Robert

Look at this link. We have seen this and found that the WMI permission were
incorrect. Give it a try
