RE: virtual machine is stuck in "turning off" mode

We are also having this issue - was a resolution found? Restarting our host
which has several production servers is a difficult solution to implement. . .

The VM screen no longer displays in the thumbnail view of the VS web app. The only VM management option that the VS web app gives is "Edit Configuration". As of right now, we have 4 VM's stuck like this and they have been that way for 4 hours. They don't seem to be consuming any CPU cycles.

Re: virtual machine is stuck in "turning off" mode

I've had this happen a couple of times. In each case, it required a reboot
of the parent.
