Installing an OS on a Virtual Machine in VMRCplus

I am trying to install an OS on a new virtual machine. Every time I go to
install the OS it gets to the Setup is formatting... screen and says it is
100% complete but then just stops and doesn't go any farther. I have tried
new ISO's and tried using the physical disc and nothing works. I have even
tried with different OS's (XP, Windows Server2003, Windows 2000 Pro) but the
only one that seems to do anything is Windows NT. If anyone can help I would
appreciate it.
