The file hs does not exist. error on capture

Has anyone seen this error "The file hs does not exist" while trying to
capture an image. This is while trying to use the VSMT/ADS tools image
capture step. The "boot deployment" and "Get geometry" steps complete.

I have sucessfully used this tool in the past for p2v but now I am having
this issue.

Thanks for any help.
