I need to ask if it is possible to move a virtual machine from Hyper-V to
Virtual Server 2005. And if it is what are the steps.

Should be. Uninstall ICs. Remove VM from Hyper-V. Copy VHDs to VS machine.
Create new machine in VS, attach drives you moved, re-do the networking,
start it up.
What won't move: Any VM that is 64-bit. Any VM that requires >1 Proc or >3.5
GB of RAM.

Also have a look at VMC to Hyper-V Import Tool Available at
http://blogs.technet.com/matthts/arc...available.aspx
However do not forget to remove the VM Additions before moving the VHD from
VS/VPC to HV.
Hope this helps!
