install hyper-v integration services on PARENT partition

    Microsoft says:
a.. Ensure that Hyper-V Integration Services are installed on both the host
and the guest operating systems. Hyper-V integration services provide
virtual server client (VSC) code for Hyper-V enlightened I/O, which
significantly increases the performance of certain operating system
functions (such as memory management and network performance).

    Any tips on how?
