Vista - 6 Core Processors?

Does anyone know if MS Virtual Server 2007 R2 SP1 will run on a system using
6 core processors? I've had no problems running it on Windows 2003 x64 using
quad core processors, but one of the groups I support is insisting on the
newer processors.

They aren't willing to move to Hyper-V at this time, all their testing has
been done using Virtual Server 2007 R2 SP1, but before I roll over thought
I'd ask the group if they are aware of issues.

I know of know reason why it wouldn't. It will still only provide a single
virtualized processor to each VM, however.
